My dealership experience with Radley Chevrolet was nothing short of amazing. I am truly satisfied with my new purchase. The transaction was smooth sailing from the minute I walked through the door. The GM personally came out to greet us (me and my parents) and that alone made me feel super excited. From Mr. Hightower making us feel comfortable like family, Anne the BDC agent patiently and politely answering and putting up with my dad's million and one questions during the search. Can't forget Gary the sales person being efficient with our time due to driving hours to get to their dealership and needed to get back in a timely manner to get my son from school. Even following up after the purchase to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and I just can't say thank you enough. I will recommend your dealership to others!

Nelly and Brian were great. Nelly was excellent in providing great, professional service. I came into the dealership with what I wanted in mind and Nelly made my purchasing the car of my dreams happen! Truly the nicest car salesperson I have ever met and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Brian was awesome with the financing part and did everything he could to get me a great deal within my budget. The dealership is overall great and I’ve already recommended to family and friends! :)

Justin was great explaining the situation and what needed to be done. Truly appreciate taking the extra to have folks wash the car as my son had prom that next day once we got it back. Truly appreciate the customer service.

Tommy was excellent. He explained to me about the 4 wheel alignment and checked it numerous times with the Hunter machine to show me that it was needed. Staff was friendly and courteous. I used my GM reward points that Tommy brought to my attention and saved me money.

Victoria Koons did her job but Radley's labor rate was above the national average therefore I had to pay the difference between this and my warranty. I don't feel this is fair to your customer.
